Naidu slammed for ‘false’ promises
HYDERABAD: Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy on Friday lashed out at the Telugu Desam Party president N. Chandrababu Naidu for taking the youth of the State for a ride with his promise of Rs. 1,000 allowance every month for the unemployed youth.
Deriding the promise made by the Telugu Desam Party chief, Dr. Reddy, while addressing a gathering of weaker section students and youth who called on him at the Camp office, said that it was ridiculous to hear such promises from a person, who had ruled the State for nine years.
He said the Government would launch more initiatives to ensure better employment opportunities for the youth as it was committed.
