Mumbai FC posts win
KOLKATA: Mumbai FC collected full points downing Mohammedan Sporting by a solitary goal in a final phase league match of the I-League second division at Guwahati on Saturday.
Nigerian Felix Aboagye headed in the winner in the 13th minute.
The match, which was replayed after being abandoned owing to problems with floodlights on Friday, lacked intensity with both the sides adopting a cautious approach. Mumbai FC enjoyed better ball possession in the first session.
The decisive goal came off a set-piece with Felix nodding home a free kick taken by Noel Wilson.
