FFC, AGORC post wins

KOCHI: Fancy Fabrics Challengers CC and AG’s Office Recreation Club recorded wins in the 27th Coromandel Cement Cricket tournament at the BPCL KRL ground here on Saturday.

Fancy Fabrics defeated Chittoor CC by 38 runs while AG’s Office scored a three-wicket win over Pioneer CC.

The scores: Fancy Fabrics Challengers CC 138 in 25.5 overs (M.K. Vijith 47, N.V. Sajay 36, C.G. Harish four for 30) bt Chittoor CC 100 in 23.5 overs (N.S. Unnikrishnan 45 n.o).

Pioneer CC 201 for eight in 30 overs (Ganashyam Prabhu 54) lost to AG’s Office Recreation Club 203 for seven in 29.2 overs (Vysakh Chandran 65, P.M. Mahesh 40).
