Lakshay scalps five

NEW DELHI: A five-wicket haul by off-spinner Lakshay Mohan guided Vidhya Jain Academy to a four-wicket win over Rohtak Road Gymkhana in the first round of the 18th all-India Om Nath Sood Memorial cricket tournament at the Sri Guru Gobind Singh College of Commerce ground on Saturday.

The scores: Rohtak Road Gymkhana 175 for nine in 40 overs (Shobhit Kaushik 41, Lakshay Mohan five for 36) lost to Vidhya Jain Academy 179 for six in 29.5 overs (Varun Kumar 42).
