Shweta short by four points
NEW DELHI: The Indian women sport pistol shooters could not find their best form as Shweta Chaudhry missed making the final by four points in the shooting World Cup in Beijing on Wednesday.
She had rounds of 288 each in the precision and rapidfire sections, and possibly lost out on the final with a 93 in the precision section.
The results: Women’s sport pistol: 1. Jasna Sekaric (Srb) 784.4 (50.6) 585; 2. Stephanie Tirode (Fra) 784.4 (50.4) 582; 3. Munkzul Tsogbadrah (Mgl) 783.4 (583); 27. Shweta Chaudhry 576; 31. Sushma Singh 574; 53. Annu Raj Singh 562.
