Trains to halt at Punkunnam for Pooram

KOCHI: A one-minute temporary stoppage has been provided for the following trains at Punkunnam railway station in view of the Thrissur Pooram festival.

On April 16, Ernakulam – Kannur – Ernakulam Express (numbers: 6305/6306); and Thiruvananthapuram – Shoranur – Thiruvananthapuram Venad Express (6301/6302) will have a one-minute halt at Punkunnam.

The following trains will stop there on April 16 and 17: Thiruvananthapuram – Mangalore Malabar Express (6629) leaving Thiruvananthapuram on April 16; Thiruvananthapuram – Mangalore Express (6347) leaving Thiruvananthapuram on April 16; Mangalore – Thiruvananthapuram Express (6630) leaving Shoranur on April 17; Mangalore – Thiruvananthapuram Express (6348) leaving Shoranur on April 16;Thiruvananthapuram – Palakkad Amrita Express (6343 ) leaving Thiruvananthapuram on April 16; Palakkad – Thiruvananthapuram Amrita Express (6344) leaving Shoranur on April 16.
