Handicrafts exhibition

CHENNAI: You can pick and choose exquisite handicraft and handloom items from Kutch, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Mehasana, Sourashtra and Jamnagar at an exhibition being held at Valluvarkottam, on till April 20.

Traditional Ajraku and Chunni (block prints) printed salwar sets, saris, bedcovers, cushion covers and skirts, Chakkal, Chandarvas, wall handings, bead work (toran), tie and dye cotton and silk fabrics, duppattas and applique work are available at this exhibition.

The exhibition-cum-sale is open between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.
