CHENNAI: M. Ravindran, senior advocate, has been appointed Additional Solicitor-General of India, Chennai (for Southern States) for two years. He will assume office on Friday. The 66-year-old Muthukrishnan Ravindran was born in Madurai. After completing his school education, he graduated in science from the American College, Madurai. Later, he finished his law degree from the Madras Law College during 1963-65. — Special Correspondent
