New immunisation programme

NEW DELHI: Municipal Commissioner K. S. Mehra on Wednesday commissioned “Project LIBRE (Link-up Immunisation and Birth Record)” at a maternity home in Defence Colony here. Mr. Mehra said the project would help detect children omitted from the immunisation programme. “It will be implemented in 360 empanelled hospitals and nursing homes and extended to private paediatricians and general practitioners,” he added.
