Minor among four arrested
NEW DELHI: Four persons including a minor have been arrested on charges of shooting at and injuring two businessmen following an altercation over right of way at Ashok Vihar here on Monday.
Three of the accused have been identified as Shiv Kumar, Inderjeet and his brother Akhilesh. The fourth accused is a minor.
According to the police, Mandeep and Kunal were going in their vehicle in the evening when a fight broke out between them and the occupants of another vehicle. Later around 9 p.m., the accused returned with firearms and following a heated exchange opened fire, injuring them. Later, Shiv allegedly shot himself in the fingers to show that he had also been shot at by the victims. He is recuperating in hospital.
