Phoolan murder accused seeks safety

NEW DELHI: A court here on Tuesday asked the Tihar Central Jail authorities to file a report on safety and security of Phoolan Devi murder case prime accused Sher Singh Rana, who had complained that he feared for his life in jail. Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Kanwaljeet Arora asked the Tihar Jail Superintendent to file the report on April 22.
