VIJAYAWADA: Nuzvid’s Victoria Town Hall (VTH) won the SVL Narasimham memorial Krishna district ball badminton championship here on Monday. It prevailed in all its three matches. Victoria defeated Machilipatnam’s Chandrasekhara Rao Memorial Team (CRMT) 29-16, 18-29, 29-10, the Vijayawada Ball Badminton Association 29-18, 29-26 and SVL Narasimham Memorial Team 29-11, 29-20. VBBA and CRMT finished second and third respectively. The results (league): Victoria Town Hall bt Chandrasekhara Rao Memorial Team 29-16, 18-29, 29-10; VBBA bt Chandrasekhara Rao Memorial Team 29-28, 29-17; VTH bt VBBA 29-18, 29-26; CRMT bt SVL Narasimham Memorial Team 29-11, 29-7, VTH bt SVL Narasimham Memorial Team 29-11, 29-20; VBBA bt SVL Narasimham 29-11, 29-7.
