Network 18 triumphs

NEW DELHI: Network 18 defeated NDTV by five wickets in the final of the inter-media cricket tournament at the Jamia Millia ground here.

Left-arm spinner Dinesh Chandra of Network 18 was declared the best bowler of the tournament while Amitoz Singh of NDTV was declared the best batsman.

The scores: NDTV 136 for eight in 20 overs (Amitoz Singh 42, Mahavir Rawat 35) lost to Network 18 137 for five in 18.3 overs (Savant Karautiya 37).
