Measures to stabilise cotton prices

COIMBATORE: The Central Government is considering measures that will help stabilise prices of cotton and yarn, according to Union Minister of State for Textiles, EVKS ELangovan.

Speaking to The Hindu over telephone from New Delhi on Wednesday, he said the Government was not thinking of banning cotton exports.
