Hotel owner held

NEW DELHI: A hotel owner and his accomplice have been arrested along with ten girls for organising an allegedly vulgar dance show at a hotel in Moti Nagar here.

The girls, in the 18 to 20 years age group, earlier worked at dance bars in Mumbai.

Acting on a tip-off, a Crime Branch team mounted a raid at Hotel Prince Palace in Moti Nagar and arrested the owner, Suresh Kumar and ten girls while they were performing. Nine customers were also arrested during the raid. The hotel has been challaned for being run without proper permission, the police said.

The police later arrested Dalbir Singh alias Happy, who allegedly supplied girls from Mumbai and acted as a conduit.
