Coal futures trading from March 28

KOLKATA: Coal India on Monday said the coal futures on the e-auction platform would commence from March 28. “The forward e-auction of coal would be kicked off by Western Coalfields on March 28 followed by Northern Coalfields on March 31. The rest of the subsidiaries will follow suit by April 15,” Coal India Ltd (CIL) Director (marketing) K. Ranganath said.
