SCS for Puducherry sought

PUDUCHERRY: Founder of the Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) S.Ramadoss on Sunday urged the Central government to confer ‘Special Category Statehood” (SCS) on Puducherry to empower the Chief Minister, his Cabinet colleagues and the Assembly to implement the legislations. He was speaking to reporter on Sunday.
