CHENNAI: Participants at a two-day national seminar on excellence in special education at Madras University recently discussed various issues pertaining to special children. Quality and legal issues surrounding special education were also discussed.

Tamil Nadu State Council for Higher Education vice-chairman A. Ramasamy inaugurated the seminar and stressed the importance of topic chosen for deliberations.
