No ‘talaq’ by phone, SMS or Internet

Lucknow: The All-India Muslim Women Personal Law Board on Sunday unveiled a new ‘Shariat nikahnama’. Under this, men will be barred from declaring ‘talaq’ (divorce) by phone, SMS or Internet or even in a fit of anger or in a state of intoxication.
