Krishna, Vilas in Kerala team
KOCHI: All-rounder Vilas N. Kutty and mediumpacer Krishna Chandran are the two new faces in the Kerala team for the Subbaiah Pillai South Zone limited-over cricket championship which begins in Chennai on February 26.
Sony Cheruvathur was named as the captain a couple of days ago while V.A. Jagadeesh will be the vice-captain.
The Kerala Cricket Association Vice-president R. Radhakrishnan announced the team at the end of the State camp in Palakkad on Friday evening. The team leaves for Chennai on Saturday.
