The Hindu bags media excellence award

NEW DELHI: The Hindu was honoured with the “Amity Media Excellence Award” at the 10th edition of “International Business Horizon-2008” in neighbouring Noida on Wednesday.
Global challenges
Organised by Amity International Business School, Noida, the three-day event is focusing on “People, Passion, Patience, Perception and Peace -- Challenges for Global Organisations”.
“Lifetime Achievement Award” was bestowed on GAIL (India) Chairman and Managing Director U.D. Choubey. Awards were also presented n various categories including academic excellence, corporate excellence, best business hotel and best anchor on the occasion.
“INBUSH” is seeing the participation of delegates from the Anglia Ruskin University; Eastern Michigan University, U.S.; Indira Gandhi National Open University; Jamia Millia Islamia; Manipal University; Madurai Kamraj University; and Aligarh Muslim University besides a host of others.
