Technical seminar

NEW DELHI: The Institution of Permanent Way Engineers (India) under the auspices of Ministry of Railways is organising a two-day “National Technical Seminar” here beginning February 21.

The topic of the seminar is “Heavier axle-load experience on Indian Railways with regard to running of multiple locos, longer freight trains and its impact on fatigue life of tracks, bridges and formation”. It will be inaugurated by Union Railways Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav.
