Farewell ceremony

NEW DELHI: Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Mehta Vidyalaya organised “Farewell Ceremony-2008” for its outgoing batch of students here over the weekend.

Speaking on the occasion, Indian Institute of Public Administration Director B. S. Baswan offered valuable guidance and encouragement to the outgoing scholars.

Mr. Baswan said leaving an institution was a matter of both sorrow and joy and expressed the hope that friendship among the students would survive the vicissitudes of life.
