German higher education fair today

Bangalore: The Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany and the German Academic Exchange Service are organising the German Higher Education Fair at Hotel Taj Residency on Saturday from noon to 7 p.m.

A delegation of representatives from prestigious German institutions will participate in the fair and invite students and young scientists to study and do research in Germany. The delegation will also exchange thoughts and experiences on new and mutual study courses with partners from the Indian academia.

Germany has about 350 State-maintained and a number of private higher education institutions and more than 400 disciplines are on offer.

The institutions that will participate in the fair include Berlin School of Economics; Jacobs University Bremen; International University in Germany, Bruchsal; Technische Universitat Dresden; Frankfurt School of Finance and Management; and Association for German as a Foreign Language.
