Kaveri Medical chalks out growth plans

CHENNAI: Kavery Medical Centre has chalked out growth plans for the next three years. It has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Seahorse Hospitals (SHL) at Tiruchi for acquiring 175 bedded hospital. With this acquisition, the total bed strength of the Kavery group will increase to 400 in Tiruchi. Kaveri group will acquire 33.97 per cent stake from the then promoters of SHL. According S. Chandrakumar, Managing Director, the company’s vision for the next three years is to have 1,000 beds in Tamil Nadu. — Corporate Reporter
