PMK women’s wing plans demonstration

CHENNAI: The women’s wing of the Pattali Makkal Katchi will stage a demonstration here on February 13 to protest against “cultural degradation” in films, TV and magazines. The purpose of the agitation, according to party president G.K. Mani, is to create awareness among women about the manner in which they are being “exploited” by the media. — Special Correspondent
