Vijay Shanthi’s new projects

CHENNAI: Vijay Shanthi Builders has launched five new residential projects across Chennai targeting the mid-segment. The projects are located at Kelambakkam, Sriperumbudur, Madhavaram, Thaiyur and Ambattur. Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, Suresh Jain, Managing Director, said the apartments would be priced between Rs. 2,600 and Rs. 2,800 per sq. ft. and would be completed in 24 months. — Staff Correspondent
