Britannia offers iron biscuit for children

CHENNAI: Britannia Industries, Naandi Foundation and Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) have come together to provide specially developed Tiger iron fortified biscuits to 1.5 lakh children in Hyderabad as part of the AP Government’s mid-day meal programme. The programme was launched by Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh at one of the Government schools in Hyderabad. — Corporate Reporter
