CHENNAI: BSNL women defeated MTNL 3-0 on the first day of the four-day all-India Public Sector carrom tournament, organised by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), here on Monday. S.D. Saxena, Director (Finance), BSNL (New Delhi), inaugurated the tournament.
