Hat-trick by Ayan

Bangalore: Ayan Choudhary’s hat-trick (9th, 26th and 32nd minutes) helped West Bengal defeat Tamil Nadu 3-1 in the all-India BSNL football tournament match here on Monday.

Parthasarathy (6th) scored Tamil Nadu’s lone goal. West Bengal, along with Kerala, Karnataka and Punjab, qualified for the semifinals.
