Biswas stopped

NEW DELHI: All India Forward Bloc general secretary Debabrata Biswas was stopped by the police at Panitanki along the Nepal border on Saturday when he was leading a delegation to Bhutanese refugee camps at Damakh in Nepal.

The police did not allow the team to visit the camps. They tried to arrest Mr. Biswas at the Bagdogra airport and asked him to return to Delhi, the party said.
