Cell Press-TnQ lecture tomorrow

CHENNAI: David Baltimore, American biologist and co-recipient of the 1975 Nobel Prize in Physiology/Medicine, will deliver the Cell Press-TnQ lecture “New Avenues to Health” at the Triple Helix Auditorium, CLRI, here at 4.30 p.m. on January 18. The lecture is open to all.

Baltimore got the Nobel Prize along with Renato Dulbecco and Howard Martin Temin, “for their discoveries concerning the interaction between tumour viruses and the genetic material of the cell.” This is a part of a three lecture series in Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai.
