Narrow escape for Minister

DEHRA DUN: Uttarakhand Education Minister Madan Kaushik had a miraculous escape when a speeding Scorpio vehicle hit his car at high speed from the rear near Harrawala as he was returning to Dehra Dun from Hardwar on Friday night.

The Minister suffered minor injuries and the car was badly damaged.

The Scorpio driver was arrested and his damaged vehicle seized after a hunt from E.C. Road within hours of the incident.
