Three-day festival at KSR institutions

TIRUCHENGODE: KSR Polytechnic College and KSR Institute of Technology will conduct a three-day festival from January 10.
Principal M. Venkatesan told reporters on Monday that the events would begin with an alumni meet in the morning and sports day in the evening.
On the second day, a State-level symposium on recent trends in various engineering disciplines would be organised. So far, 350 papers had been received. The third day would see the College and the Institute conduct their annual day, which would be presided by N. Chenbagaraman, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Salem region.
On the annual day, 15 students who put the institutions on the top of the list of institutes with maximum ranks in the State would receive prizes. Mr. Venkatesan said students of the institutions had won gold medals in IT, computer science, civil engineering and electrical and electronics engineering.
