BANGALORE: The Government on Friday effected a major reshuffle of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officials. Ramesh Bindurao Zalki, Secretary, Public Works Department (BMICP), Bangalore, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, Bangalore, in the existing vacancy. He is also relieved of the additional charge of the post of Managing Director, Karnataka Road Development Corporation, Bangalore. K. Monappa, Additional Commissioner of Public Instructions, Hubli, has been posted as Joint Secretary, Department of Public Enterprises, Bangalore. Tushar Giri Nath, Additional Secretary, Department of Personnel Administration and Reforms (Services), Bangalore, has been transferred and appointed Managing Director, Bangalore Electricity Supply Company, Bangalore. M.S. Ravishankar, Managing Director, Karnataka Land Army Corporation, Bangalore, is withdrawn from Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (RDPR) Department and posted as Additional Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Services Department (Medical Education), Bangalore. Anjum Parwez, Managing Director, Rajiv Gandhi Rural Housing Corporation, Bangalore, has been transferred and posted as Director, Municipal Administration, Bangalore, in the revived cadre post. G.L. Chandrasekaraiah, Additional Commissioner of Public Instructions, Gulbarga, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary, DPAR (Janaspandana), Bangalore. M. Shirol, Director, Swarna Gramodaya Project, Bangalore, has been transferred and posted as Director, Project Planning and Monitoring Unit and Additional Secretary, RDPR Department, Bangalore, in the existing vacancy. He is also placed in additional charge of the post of Director, Swarna Gramodaya Project, Bangalore. S. Dayashankar, waiting for posting, has been posted as Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Bangalore, in the existing vacancy. T.A. Parthasarathy, Deputy Secretary, Urban Development Department (Municipal Reforms), has been transferred and posted as Director of Technical Education, Bangalore, in the existing vacancy.
