Chief Minister lays stone for Vaibhav Skyscapes

VISAKHAPATNAM: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy on Wednesday laid the foundation stone for Vaibhav Skyscapes Limited at Siripuram Junction here. The six-storied building to come up at a cost of Rs. 20.05 crores. The project is VUDA’s joint venture on BOT basis with Vaibhav. The 1.6 lakh square feet of space will house an international mall, food courts, gaming zones, convention centres and IT space.

The top three floors will be about 60,000 sft and have plug in IT space for IT companies to house their offices. The mall will also have two basements to provide parking space for 300 car.

Ministers Konathala Ramakrishna, Dharmana Prasada Rao, Botcha Satyanarayana, Kanna Lakshminarayana, VUDA Chairman PSN Raju, District Collector A.K. Singhal, VUDA Vice-Chairman G. Venkatram Reddy and Vaibha Group Chairman Grandhi Manoj Kumar and Kankatala Mullick participated.
