Prithvihaas defeats Nikhil, enters last eight

HYDERABAD: Top seed V. Prithvihaas defeated B. Nikhil 6-1, 7-6(4) in the boys’ under-12 pre-quarterfinals in the Prince AITA Talent Series tennis tournament here on Tuesday.

Harshitha wins title

B. Harshitha Rao won the girls’ under-12 title defeating S. Nidhi 7-1 in the final of the Ghouse Mohammad memorial junior and sub-junior tennis tournament here. Lion Ranga Rao gave away the prizes.
