St. Paul’s in super-league
DHARWAD: Rotary English Medium School (REMHS) and St. Paul’s High School, both from Hubli, qualified for the super-league phase of the 2nd Saptagiri Trophy under-15 inter schools cricket tournament at Dharwad on Wednesday.
The scores: St. Joseph’s HS, Dharwad 107 in 21.1 overs (Musadiq 32, Suraj Laddha three for 29) lost to REMHS, Hubli 108 for four in 13.3 overs (Ramachandra Hegde 48, Vivek Savalagi 25 n.o.).
St Paul’s HS, Hubli 175 for five in 25 overs (Akshay Angadi 50 n.o., S. Kumaresh 32, L.R. Babu two for 24) bt KPES School, Dharwad 86 in 20 overs (Pavan Munavalli 37, Sahil R. four for 21, Sumit M. three for 18).
