THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC) is organising a peace march to rouse the people’s conscience against the resurgence of political violence in Kannur district. It will be inaugurated by Union Minister P.R.Dasmunshi in the presence of KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala and Leader of the Opposition Oommen Chandy at Payyannur on Monday evening. The march, which will start on Tuesday morning, will end for the day at Taliparamba the same evening. The next morning it will start from Taliparamba and end for the day at Kannur the same evening. On December 13, it will start from Kannur and wind up at Thalassery the same evening. The valedictory function will be inaugurated by working committee member Veerappa Moily.
