COIMBATORE: The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe employees of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University have urged the university to redress their grievances.
A release from S. Jeyaraj, president, Dr. Ambedkar Government and Public Sector, SC/ST Employees’ Welfare Association, said the association sent a representation to the Government. Though the Adi Dravidar Welfare Department had sought a response from TNAU, it had not sent it.
The employees complained of anomalies such as filling up SC/ST vacancies and regularisation of employees.
