Delhi advances

VIJAYAWADA: Delhi garnered three points by virtue of its first innings lead against Bengal and advanced further, in the all-India senior women’s inter-zonal cricket tournament at Anantapur on Saturday.

The scores: Delhi 294 drew with Bengal 277 in 88.3 overs (Priyanka Roy 71, Lalitha Sharma three for 52).

Madhya Pradesh 136 and 40 for five in 27.1 overs drew with Maharashtra 136 in 89.4 overs (Amrutha Shinde 41, Pallavi Bhardwaj four for 36).
