1:1 bonus from Siemens

CHENNAI: Siemens has recommended an issue of bonus shares in the ratio of one share for every equity share held. It will also be paying a dividend of Rs. 4.80 per share of Rs. 2 each. The directors have also approved the proposal for the merger of Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery Services Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore (SITS), with the company, according to BSE.
