Roca unveils premium designer range of faucets

Plans to expand showrooms to 50

CHENNAI: Roca, a world leader in sanitaryware, formally unveiled a range of designer faucets in India.

Unveiling the faucets, A. Vellayan, Vice Chairman, Murugappa group said “Our joint venture partner, Roca, is getting firmly established in India’s premium bathroom segment.

Encouraging response

With a growing premium market which is estimated at Rs. 100 crore in the faucets category, we are confident of taking 20 per cent market share during the next two years.” Domingo Colomo, Senior Managing Director, Corporate Development, Roca Sanitario, stated that the company had invested substantially in the manufacturing processes to bring high quality designer faucets and fittings. K. E. Ranganathan, Managing Director, Parryware Roca Private Limited, said that during the last six months of Roca presence in India across the 25 showrooms, there was encouraging consumer response for the range of products.

Roca has plans to expand its showrooms from 25 to over 50 by March 2008 across India.
