PVS Apartments comes to Kochi

Kochi: PVS Apartments, the property division of KTC Group based in Kozhikode, has made its entry into Kochi with the announcement of its project, Iris, at Desom, near Aluva.

The Bhoomi Pooja for the project was held on Sunday.

P.V. Chandran, chairman of KTC Group, and P. V. Gangadharan, managing partner, PVS Apartments, said at a press conference here on Sunday that the project would have 174 two and three-bed-room apartments in three different towers sprawled over 1.7 acres.

Access control security system, generator backup, children’s play area, semi-basketball and tennis courts and rooftop party area are among the features.

Over the last 16 years, PVS Apartments has completed a number of residential and commercial projects and the half-a-million sq. ft. of living space in Kozhikode is an example of the group’s experience in the field, said Mr. Chandran.
