Inflation rate rises to 3.11 per cent

Spiralling prices of aviation turbine fuel and most manufactured items resulted in inflation shooting up to 3.11 per cent for the week ended November 3, against the sub-three per cent level a week ago. In the previous week, inflation stood at 2.97 per cent.
