Gulf Oil acquires Petromin

CHENNAI: Gulf Oil International along with its joint venture partner Dabbagh group in Saudi Arabia has acquired Petromin. This Saudi Arabian company is a JV between Saudi Aramco (71 per cent) and Mobil Investments (29 per cent), an affiliate of Exxon Mobil. — Corporate Reporter
