MEG beats HAL

Bangalore: MEG defeated HAL SC 55-27 in a State ‘A’ division basketball league match here on Sunday.

MEG led 26-21 at half-time and surged ahead through the efforts of Subaiah (18), Peter John (14) and Tinu Joseph (11). Kevin (10) did well for HAL.

Other results: Vijaya Bank 71 (Murali Mohan 13, Roshan 13) bt KSP 52 (Mahesh 14, Santosh 11).
