FOR AERO ADVENTURE: M. Balasubramaniam, Correspondent, Kumaraguru College of Technology (left), and Shyamala Jayashankar, chapter Director of National Adventure Foundation, signing an MoU at the college in the city. COIMBATORE: A memorandum of understanding was signed between Kumaraguru College of Technology and National Adventure Foundation here to promote aero sports and create awareness among college and school students. The foundation is a social organisation supported by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. A KCT-NAF Adventure Club was formed at the college to organise various air adventure activities. The MoU was signed by M. Balasubramaniam, Correspondent of the KCT, and Shyamala Jayashankar, the chapter Director of the NAF. As part of the MoU, two Canadian-made husky micro light training aircraft will be made available at KCT to provide ground training and flight training to the students. K. Arumugam, Vice-Chairman, A. Selvakumar, Joint Correspondent, Joseph V. Thanikal, Principal, and K. Venkata Rao, Head, Department of Aeronautics, were present on the occasion.
