Right time

This refers to the article, ‘A winter of transformation in Kashmir’ (Nov. 5). The author is right in pointing out the change in the political situation in Jammu and Kashmir. I was recently in the State and I noticed that those days of terror, threat, and fear in which I spent my childhood were absent. The youth in my village were thinking about the next election. I feel this is the time for New Delhi to strengthen its position on Kashmir.
