ASC School in final

CHENNAI: ASC School (Bangalore) will clash with Government School (Vadipatti) in the final of the St. Paul’s RC South Zone school hockey tournament at the SDAT-Mayor Radhakrishnan Stadium here on Tuesday.

The results:

Semifinals: ASC (Bangalore) 11 (Vijay 3, Chandan Aind 2, Nagalingasamy, Kiran 3, Maharaja, Dhanraj) bt St. George’s (Chennai) 0; Govt. School (Vadipatti) 4 (Rajesh Kannan, Bala Krishnan, Kannan, Nagendran) bt Christu Raja (Tirunelveli) 3 (R. Manikandan, Gokul, Babu) in a tie-breaker.
